Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Washington and Utah. I earned my Masters of Social Work from The University of Southern California with focuses on Mental Health and Military Social Work.
I am non-judgmental, straight-forward, warm and supportive therapist. I utilize empathy, compassion, and humor to help my clients feel comfortable and heard. Every individual is different. I adjust therapy modalities as appropriate to create individualized treatment plans. I encourage clients to advocate and empower themselves throughout all aspects of their lives by increasing self-esteem, setting boundaries, improving communication skills, and gaining confidence. I apply aspects of motivational interviewing, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral and solution-focused therapy modalities.
